You might need to uninstall the previous graphics drivers first, POD. Have you done that? If you are upgrading from on board graphics to a graphics card, you may need to go into the BIOS and disable the onboard graphics. Can't be more specific until we know which BIOS you have.
To upload screen shots into your posts, you have to do a screen capture, paste it into Paint Shop Pro, or whatever, save it as a jpeg, then press the Browse button (on here), find the file and click it to attach it to your post.

I recently had probs with a graphics card and i managed to chance the settings in the bios from AGP to PCI. Thought that this would not work but it did. Hope this helps. ???
-
Just read what i actually wrote and it didnt make much sense !! So i thought id try again.
In the Bios settings i had a section that allowed me to chose between PCI or AGP graphics card. The G/Card that i had fitted to the AGP slot but if you set the option in the BIOS to AGP it would not work and crashed the PC however when i changed it to PCI it worked.
Hope that this is a bit clearer.

I don't appear to have that option either... Admins only??

It appears to be that the forum software only allows it for people with full access to DZ Ket :(
Thats no problem for you if you want to apply for it, unfortunately we have an age limit of 16 so WF, Sparkie and PoD cant use it at the moment :(

Ditto what Sandra said about attachments. You could, however, use your own webspace to upload an image, and post it within your message, by using the code: [img]URL[ /img] (without the space between [ and /). Hope that helps.
