Hi Goldie and :welcome:
Have you got the folder that you are trying to access "Shared" ?

Does the account you use to log on to the ME PC have a password?
XP is very fussy about who it connects to and will only speak to PCs with passwords set.
Also, make sure that the TCP/IP protocol is installed on the ME PC.
Some other suggestions can be found here (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;826812&Product=winxp).

Have you got a firewall on each PC ?
If so make sure that you set them to allow the others LAN IP to access it :)

Thanks

Are you still getting exactly the same message ie not enough memory ???
If so then me and Adept may be thinking along the wrong lines and it could be a problem on your ME pc :(
What are the specs for the ME pc ?
