Whilst no single test could possibly guarantee complete security, Jason's Toolbox (http://www.jasons-toolbox.com/BrowserSecurity/) provides a very useful way of determining whether your system is vulnerable to a number of the methods used to hi-jack Browsers.

Very good post this. Tried the tests and found it interesting. Anyone here have any experience of Cookie Jar?

In the old days of using IE, I used to use Cookie Wall (http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/cookie.htm), which I found very good. Now, of course, I don't need it as Mozilla has it's own Cookie Manager built in. ;)
