I was surprised a little before to see my system restarting by itself. It gave the message after the reboot:
"Your system has recovered from a serious error".
I went to device manager to see what was the problem. It mentioned that, symantec, by trying to get the update got that error. It adviced me to update it manually, which I did. Then I had to restart the pc again.
And again, it gave the same error message on the desktop, but not in device manager this time.
Attention here...I'm not talking about a firewall, I'm talking about Norton itself (NAV 2003).
Anyone got that problem or only my system?
Thanks...

I also use Norton but I haven't experienced any problems today Joudi.

Norton Live Update does seem to be having it's share of problems at the moment, although I thought only with the Firewall. I have also had an update today, without issue.
