Hey guys,
Got a problem. Need your help.
I have an HP omnibook (old: 266Mhz) and explorer.exe crashes every time I boot.
I need to know how to fix this. Can someone help me please?
Info: Win98, floppy is bust, upgrade to 2000 doesn't take.
Thanks.

Hi Wouter, and (https://www.pc-pals.com/smf/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.apax34.dsl.pipex.com%2Fsmileys%2Fwelcome.gif&hash=05644ab4fbfa7c9585f756e9a79aab0a53d0e346)
Hopefully one of our more tehcnical people will be able to help you out, but to ask the basics, can you remember exactly when the problem started, and can you tie it in with any other events. i.e. installation or removal of software? Also, have you done a complete virus scan, and also scanned for spyware / adware, with Ad Aware and / or Spybot (preferably both)?
Ad Aware (http://www.lavasoft.de/)
Spybot S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/)
