Title: Text Size In Posts
Post by: Simon on June 10, 2005, 22:23
Just a quickie - is everyone happy with the text size in posts on here?  As you may have noticed, it's a bit smaller than on the old forum, and I just wondered if anyone was struggling, particularly those using higher resolutions.

This is how it was on the old forum.

Personally i'd say it's a little small and find it difficult when doing up url's and stuff.

But i can live with it and wouldn't of complained if it wasn't brought up  8)

Are we talking about the same things, Cammy?  I'm referring to the text you are reading right now, not what you type to get it.  :|

As for posting urls, that will hopefully be made easier, as I have found a mod which I am hoping Sam will install soon.  :)

The bigger one is better for me Simon and I should think for anyone else above 800 x600  :)

OK, I've changed it, but it can always be reverted if there are any complaints.  Sam is going to have a fit now - I've messed with the system files!  :horror:

I'm happier with the slightly larger size, too.  You've done a good thing, Simon.

Well, perhaps you don't need to now.  :)  I know older people sometimes have difficulty with small text.  See, I like to consider everyone's needs on this forum...  :halo:

Is this OK, Lona?  :wahh:    :scoot:

Yup i was thinking of the "reply" box text being too small and my prompt covers the last thing typed on times but the posts are fine  :D

OK, that's slightly increased now as well, Cammy, but as I said, inputting of urls will be easier when we get the mod installed.  :)

What you need, Sam, is a good fry up and a gallon of Lucozade.
