Title: slowing up

after being on the web for a while,my connection seems to slow up...green bar takes long long time 2 open and sometimes freezes....on wanadoo...2mps..seems ok sometimes....???

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?  Is this on any site, or just specific ones?

Could just be their servers slowing up, difficult to say, but try clearing your cache and cookies - that often works wonders.
