please help
when i try to put tracks from my pc to mp3 player via windows media player i just get a message saying error, if i try and drag and drop via windows explorer i get the message THE DIRECTORY OR FILE CANNOT BE CREATED. what am i doing wrong.

Let's get the obvious out the way first - are the tracks you are trying to transfer definitely in MP3 format?

also do you have the rights to copy it.. i.e. it doesnt have digital right management on it? Or does you mp3 player have a write protected mode?

Also the make and model of your mp3 player might be handy.
