Hi i have an irritating problem with my windows xp, its tricky to explain it but here goes..... Whenever i open any type of window whether its via internet explorer, yahoo or msn or even a word document if i click the top of its window and try and drag it it waves about like a flag waving, also if i scroll on a page it does the same on that page. ive checked my mouse settings etc and cant think of anything else to check on my computer to rectify this annoying problem. Does anyone have any ideas to help me? has anyone else experienced this problem too?? look forward to your replies.

Hi Sarah, and  :welcome:

My first suggestion would be to try another mouse, if you have one available.  Hopefully someone else will be along soon with some other ideas.  :)

I would think that its a graphics card/driver problem.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers or updating them ?
