That's an incredible offer!  I bought 6 bottles of that Champagne just before Christmas and I can vouch that it's very palatable indeed.  Then the deal was £9.99 per bottle + 5% additional discount for purchasing a case of 6.

I made very good use of the leaked Thresher's 40% discount voucher before Christmas, and still have a vast quantity of wine to get through (it's a hard life), but that looks like an offer difficult to resist.

Glad i didn't stall on that offer >> :o (http://www.tesco.com/winestore/controller.aspx?Bc=60179&Bc2=60179%7cChampagne&R=6048102)

I'm sure the code is still valid though  :thumb:

Bloody hell!  That's bad news.  But Australian sparkling wine is a nicer drink in my opinion.  It's not so dry and comes in at just £6 a bottle.  Made from the same vines as Champagne so quality is guaranteed!  Hardy's sparkling Chardonnay (purple label) is one of my favourites.

I'll have to give it a go. I like the Jacobs creek sparkling Rose when the champers goes dearer than i want to spend  >:-)
