A cop walks down the Santa Monica pier.
He suddenly hears a man screaming:

"HELP! HELP ME! I CAN'T SWIM! I CAN'T SWIM."

The officer looks down the pier and sees
The man struggling in the water,

"Well that's a good thing sir, cause you're
Not allowed to swim here."
