Scary stuff!  However, I wish these articles went as far as telling users how to remove such trojans.  Presumably this would involve a virus scan in safe mode, but not all users would immediately be knowledgeable of this method.

That trojan seems even more evil than usual, but I would have thought that most people would have dumped those old operating systems by now since they are no longer supported by MS.

yes, I hate these scare tatic articles... at least give the user a clue!

I have a friend who is still using windows 95'.  :o

I used Windows 95 in the bad old days when the Blue Screen of Death used to appear every few minutes, erasing all your work.  I don't think we really appreciate how things have improved during the last 10 years.

I think that Scrumpy Jack is thinking of updating from windows 3.1 to 95 later this year, providing that his pc has the specifications required to run such a complicated OS as 95  ;D
