I can't see how it can be mathmatical - it's not as though it's always the same answer - how does it know what number you're going to pick to start with?

OK Heres how it done   ;D ;D ;D

The only possible answers are  9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, and 81.   These symbols are always the constant on any given go  ;) ;) ;)

Is that mathmatical enough for you Simon  ;D ;D ;D

OK, I see how it works, so in that case, my maths must have been shoddy to get one wrong!   ::) ;D
