Title: BT Home hub Help Needed!

I have had this for a month or so now ,all was fine until Thursday, NAT Settings were OPEN suddenly they are now STRICT(Which according to M$ the Hub is not recommended for XBox LIVE what is going on ,not only can I not get into friends  games anymore on my 360 ,I cant access MY MUSIC from my Media Center I get a message " no music folders found"  >:( ???    Anyone any Ideas ??

I understand that this is a common issue amongst Xboxers.  If re-booting your Home Hub fails to solve it, take a look at THIS (http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/BT/BTHomeHub/Xbox_Live_360.htm) site which may be useful.

Cive I tried your suggestions still showing STRICT Nat settings ,I even disabled the firewall in BT Hub still no joy I can access Pictures from my Media PC ,but no music flies it was fine one min & gone the next ,I am loathe to re-install the Media Center OS ! Suppose I will have to try M$ !.....Thanks anyway ...Jim

It may also be worth phoning BT to see what they have to say.  There are obviously huge issues using the xbox with the hub.

Clive ,Did a second reboot Nat is now OPEN????...still no MUSIC files via Media Center though !......Jim

Jim, it may be worth having a look at the link below to see if you can glean something useful from it.  I'm afraid I don't have an xbox myself.
