Got myself a new laptop, with Vista :ack: pre-intalled. I've managed to get connected to the Internet, wirelessly via the router, but I'm having trouble getting it to access the files on my desktop machine. I've run the file and printer sharing wizard on both machines, but the laptop will still only see the router, and not the PC. :bawl: Is there a simple way of doing this, before this laptop becomes a tea-tray?

Sure you don't mean pre-interred, Simon?
It might be worth having a word with Lance, over at the other place, as he's just added a Vista machine to his stable.
