I've been using ALZip (http://www.altools.net/ALTools/ALZip/tabid/53/Default.aspx) for some time and it's been fine.  8-)

trying this one at the moment, seems very easy to use and fast ;D

i use 7zip its also free and fast

it opens just about any file
RAR, CAB, ISO, ARJ, LZH, CHM, Z, CPIO, RPM, DEB and NSIS

Do you use any of their other software Camstop? if so whats it like.

No i haven't tried anything else, but i'm sure i seen this recommended somewhere and would expect their other software would be worth a try if you required it.  :dunno:
