Title: Marriage guidance
Post by: Clive on March 16, 2009, 16:53
Jenny & her husband Mark went for counseling after 25 years of marriage.   Jenny complained of neglect, lack of intimacy, emptiness, loneliness, feeling unloved and unlovable, the usual shopping list of unmet needs.

After listening sympathetically for same time, the therapist got up walked around the desk and, after asking Jenny to stand up and unbutton her blouse, he embraced her and kissed her passionately her bemused husband watched with a raised eyebrow.

Jenny stopped complaining buttoned up her blouse and sat down in a trance.   The therapist said to her husband: 'This is what your wife needs at least three times a week.   Can you do it?'  Mark thought for a moment and then replied; 'Well I can drop her off here on Mondays and Wednesdays, but on Fridays I play golf.
