Hi. I can't access www.bbc.co.uk, or many other overseas and local sites in IE. This seems to happen for a period of time, and then goes away. I just get a blank page saying the site is not found.
However, I have an account with AOL that I connect with using TC/IP. When I sign in there I have no problem accessing these sites, but still no luck in IE.
I have deleted cache, checked for Microsoft Updates, and run scandisk. Any idea what the problem may be? I connect with RoadRunner Cable. Thanks

Hiya thegallery :welcome:
We've had this kind of problem crop up a few times over the last couple of months.
Have a look here (http://pc-pals.com/index.php?board=45;action=display;threadid=1748) and here (http://www.pc-pals.com/index.php?board=45;action=display;threadid=1245).
Please let us know if it helps ;)

thanks Adept. I tried everything I could, including reinstalling. Nothing worked, but a day later I can now suddenly enter the sites. I'm not sure what caused it, and I've no idea why it is now working. But I am happy!
Thanks for your help
