I can vouch for the garlic and horseradish mayo. Once I get some salt figures, I hope to be able to report on more. They do some hot sauces, btw, Simon. ;D

I don't like horseradish sauce at all, and can only eat garlic as part on something else, but the hot sauces might be interesting, when I can get to look at it. :)

It's strange, I love horseradish. Where do you stand on parsnips?

Have you tried the allotment Rik? Lots of people grow them there.

:P ;D
It's just that Sue doesn't like horseradish or parsnips, I wonder if there's a pattern.
-
I don't like horseradish but I love parsnips, particularly when roasted.

No, I don't like parsnips either. Too sweet.

I quite like fresh horseradish and grew my own a few years ago. It was rampant, taking over the whole garden, so we had to dig it up; several times! Sadly, the stuff that's sold in supermarkets doesn't taste anything like as nice as home grown IMHO.
There's a lovely recipe for parmesan-roast parsnips in The Blessed Delia's original Christmas recipe book.

I have a copy of that excellent book and done that recipe several times Gill.

Sue hasn't, I shall have to mention it. ;D
