Hi, GSS.

Doesn't Windows have something built-in?

Try Control Panel . Internet Options > Content tab.

PS.  Never used it, so I don't know how effective it is.

Some anti-virus programs also have parental control built in - which do you use, GSS?  I have no idea what the free ones are like, but I believe Net Nanny (http://www.netnanny.com/alt_rotate) has a good reputation.

PeerBlock is freebie.  I haven't used it myself, so don't hesitate to let us know if it blows up your PC.  Download PeerBlock (from FileHippo.com) (http://www.filehippo.com/download_peerblock/)
