The Russian built Soyuz space TMA-18 capsule blasted off today (Good Friday, April 2) at 12:04 AM EDT (8:04 AM Moscow time) from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, with a Russian American crew for a 2 day trip through space that will carry them to the International Space Station (ISS) for a docking on Easter Sunday.
WOOP! :-)

Hope they remembered their Easter Eggs. :)
-
I'm sure - then they can sell them on ebay on their return...
-
;D
-
:clever: Got to be worth £1000 each!
-
Hope they are Milky Way ones. :scoot:
-
Probably Mars ones Simon. :D
-

Might be Wagon Wheels. :bawl:
-
I haven't had a wagon wheel (or seen one) in years.
-
They still exist, Sam, but they don't seem as special as they did when I was a kid.
-
I bought a pack of 4 in Tesco's for the princely sum of 17p. They tasted horrible! :bawl:
-
That's why they were only 17p. :)
-
I think, also, our tastebuds change. :(
-
They were in one of those cheap bins you see from time to time so it was obvious they couldn't sell them. They were Burton's Wagon Wheels but not the original flavour as they contained a layer of raspberry jam.
-
I bet they were only half the size they used to be too!

I thought the originals did, Clive?
-
I thought they seemed slightly larger than the ones they were selling 20 years ago but still much smaller than the life-size versions that were avaiable when I was a kid. I'm fairly certain they were not the same flavour I remember as a child. Jam or no jam.
-
Taste buds or recipe, if only we knew... :)
-
Cheap ingredients.
-
Made in China?
-
I can believe Rik's explanation. >:(
-
These days, it's got to be considered a possibility. :(
-
I wondered why I cracked a tooth on a piece of lead.
-
Were you game for a laugh? :o:
-
I hated that show.
-
It was plumbing new depths at the time, wasn't it. :( Of course, now, we'd probably consider it to be good...
-
Only because there is nothing good on TV these days.
-
My point entirely.
