John Forsythe, the former Dynasty star and voice of Charlie in the Charlie's Angels TV series and films, has died.
The actor, who was 92, died late on Thursday from complications of pneumonia following a year-long battle with cancer in Santa Ynez. Forsythe played Blake Carrington in the popular US soap from 1981-9.

I wasn't a fan of Dynasty nor Charlie's Angels but I confess to being hooked on Dallas.
-
I was also hooked on Dallas, from the last two series, after previously, relentlessly taking the pi$$ out of it!

If only the cast of all soaps were so obliging. :rip:

Another fan, Rod?

There's nothing wrong with soap actors that a slow and painful death won't put right.
-
;D
-
Given that most of them go on to appear in hospital dramas, or The Bill, that's highly likely, Rod. :)
-
That's because there aren't any real jobs they can do. Given my way, they'd all appear in the Thames.
-
They used on appear on Thames.
-
Perhaps it would be better if they disappeared in the Thames? ;D

Isnt the term Soap Actors a bit of an oxymoron Rod ?
If they could act at all then they wouldnt be in a soap ::)
-
I'm not so sure about the 'oxy' bit. ;D

It's very good for removing difficult stains. :)

I remember creating such stains when I reached the age of 12. ;D

It was so difficult explaining such things to mothers, wasn't it... ;)

The days of sneaking things into the wash when no-one was looking. :)
