An Icelandic volcano that is spewing ash into the air and wreaking havoc on flights across Europe appeared to be easing up on Saturday but could continue to erupt for days or even months to come, officials said.

I have one friend who is making the journey back from Barca via train and any other route possible. Though I have another mate stuck in India at the moment...

My son and his wife have tickets to travel to Thailand next Saturday. I just hope they don't get stuck out there leaving us to look after the baby for the next ten years! ;D
