Patagonia is a district of Wales governed by the Welsh Assembly so I am hardly surprised to hear that the Tories intend to flood it.  They have done this to other Welsh valleys in the past.

They have done this to other Welsh valleys in the past. 

Oh yeah, I'm thinking of that glorious fresh water in Brum  :o:
