Well maybe they more than letting on. Watch Transformers 3 - it'll explain it all to you  :laugh:

oh and Obama, well he inherited a financial mess from the financial conservatives. No wonder he was looking at things to cut. Alas it was NASA. I reckon we can do better science for cheaper anyway.
