I remember trying to upgrade my Uni computer to Windows 95, but I gave up when I realised I would have to double my RAM to 16MB.  :laugh:

I never really used Windows 95.  Some friends had it on their new computer, but I couldn't see the point of having one back then.  ::)

I used it for a number of years and it was probably the last OS I really understood.  But 98 soon came along after which I decided a "need to know" basis was quite adequate!   ;D

95 was the last version to use INI files, which were handy if you knew what edits to  make.
