This wonderful singer died 15 years ago today at the young age of 33. What delights were we robbed of with her untimely death? :(
-
I have all I could find of her. Unfortunately, some of the later releases were a bit ropey, containing demo material she may not have released had she been around to oversee her output. Very sad that her success was largely brought about by her death. :(
-
Had she not died, perhaps we would have had some much-needed new cover versions of Remember You're A Womble and Leaning On A Lamp Post. Now we'll never know :( .

The days of miracle and wonder.
Ahhh...... Graceland. Now there's an album worth listening to again and again and again and again.............
Musical bliss!

I'm glad it wasn't lost on you Gill. Yes, one of my favourite albums of all time.

It's funny how that song seems to have become known as Days Of Miracle And Wonder when the proper title is The Boy In The Bubble. I suppose it's because the phrase is part of a catchy chorus. I'm trying to think of other songs to have befallen a similar fate.

There's a few, but I can't think of one at the moment. :bawl:
