The jab is painless Simon.  They use very fine needles and you really don't feel a thing.  As soon as I get over my cold I'm off to get my jab.  :laugh:

How many time have you had the flue in your life time?  I have had the flue twice, once when I was 21 and once when I was 34 and I have never had the jab, so what protected me all these years?  :D
