i got pipex e-mail

can someone:help: me

how do i delete e-mail if i click delete it just get a line throuth it

and how do i make a new Folder

this comes up

The folder "Stuart" was not created. This is what the server said: Permission denied :-\

I think you must be trying to use the Webmail service, GSS, which is pretty hopeless.  You would be better off using Outlook Express.
