Most people would use an animated gif Jonah.

You will need an application that can create animated gif, such as Paint Sho Pro's Animation Shop or Macromedia Fireworks.

As Adept just said, Paint Shop Pro includes Animation Shop.  You should be able to find it in your Start > All Programs list.

I've noticed that magazine coverdisks will often carry such apps.  Recommend you get down to WHS and have a browse through the mags.

Pals tip #43: Don't wear a raincoat when doing so.

Why is this?

It's Rodders sense of humour, Twiggy, which we all miss greatly, even if we often didn't understand it!  Something to do with top shelf magazines, I think.   ;)
