Cd / DvD Player Auto
« on: July 11, 2004, 20:06 »
Slight problem.. (niggle)

Last week on putting a CD/DvD into the player on my PC I used to get the option to click on if I wanted to show a DvD or play Music or Open folders to View, now I dont get any options at all unless I click windows key then "E".

I have gone into My Computer picked a Drive (CD/DVD player) properties and Auto player and changed it to select an action to perform and saved it..but it doesnt save, am I missing something blatently obvious here  ;D

Many thanks in advance  :)

Hmmm, I've got SWB 3.2, and mine has been like it for some time before I installed SWB.   :-\

I think I know what I was doing wrong.  In My Computer > D: Drive > Propoerties > Autoplay, I had set it to ask what to do, but under Music Files.  I opened the drop down list, and found Music CD as well, so I selected that, told it to ask each time, and that's done it.  I ran that test anyway, Hook, and it all came up as OK.

Now I have another problem.  In the list if options, there is an option to Play in MusicMatch Jukebox, which I don't have anymore.  Is there any way to get rid of unrequired options from that list?
