I wonder if any of you guys can help with a few queries a girlfriend is having with her PC.  The following message boxes continuallu pop up on starting the PC :

1. Unhandled exception c0000005 at address :bff7a551

2. Pgmonitor. This has performed an illegal operation

3.Error starting program A required.DLL file, ICSAP132DLL, was not found

Any ideas are appreciated  :)

Hi SERENITY   :)

These ERROR report messages would indicate that a program on you're computer is trying to access an external database program but can't due to a corruption of a DLL file.

An example of such a program would be a MULTIMEDIA program such as CROMPTOMS MULTIMEDIA ENCYCLOPEDIA or something similar.

I would suggest looking to see if any such programs are installed on the computer. If there ARE and you're friend wants to keep them. Then I suggest DELETING and then REINSTALLING such programs.

I hope this is of some help to you .  :D

Keep up the GOOD WORK  !

Cheers
