i dont know whether it is a monitor problem or a graphics card problem however whenever i leave my pc on and it goes into standby when it comes out of standby all there is on my monitor is a blank white screen?? the only way of getting rid of this is to reboot. this has happened quite a few times and i am constantly loosing work because i have to reboot.

An immediate fix might be to go into Power Management and disable it from going into standby after a certain period, but obviously that's not getting to the root of the problem.
