New festival to 'replace' Glastonbury
« on: May 15, 2006, 13:06 »
Fans of the Glastonbury festival, which is taking a break this summer, can visit the Lost Weekend website today to buy tickets to a festival designed to 'fill in the gap'.

Lost Vagueness is a popular attraction at the Glastonbury festival with a ballroom, casino and chapel.

Only 10,000 tickets will be available to buy online, and the event will run from 23 June to 25 June near Exeter-Devon.

Glastonbury fans can also watch the film Glastonbury by Julien Temple that was released in the UK last month. The 138-minute music documentary covers the history of the event since it started in 1970.

A special screening of the film will be held at the Palace in Bridgwater, Somerset on 21 May
