Yell.com has added a mapping service to its website that lets users plan travel routes online.

The new service, part of an ongoing programme of site developments, is available from the homepage and offers large draggable maps for all locations in the UK, as well as directions for getting from any UK location to another either by car or on foot.

Users can also specify locations they would like to travel via to reach their destination.

The maps will include aerial photography for England and Wales and the option to pinpoint the nearest car park and its tariffs. Visitors can also get specific directions to drive to the car park and then complete the rest of their journey on foot.

Eddie Cheng, president of Yell.com said: ?Our new map service extends the utility of the site by providing real time saving and convenience for consumers.?
