When we moved here, we went from semi to detached, and there's a wonderful sense of freedom about being able to put up shelves or play loud music at 3 in the morning. Of course, Sue complains... ;)

It is worth it if you get the chance, it just frees you up to do more... Like blasting Queen out at concert volume. :)
