Left-Handed Camera

Is there such a thing as a left-handed camera?  I've searched on the internet but all I can find are forums where right-handed people say to use a right-handed camera upside down  ::) .

Did you not get your Diplomat Badge when you were a boy scout, Baz?  That comment was about as sensitive as booking Ricky Gervaise for a Down's Syndrome convention (which is not necessarily a criticism).
