I still think that Windows 10 is by far the best and safest system that has ever been.  :D
Fourth in the 2018 Quiz of the Year but at least I beat Clive.

Indeed that is what it means, simply because most good programs are written for Windows and it's a stable platform.  I know the coding is a rats nest and Linux is much more elegant but there simply isn't the same range of open source software.
