I came across this elsewhere, but anyone who's had this procedure will relate.  I would advise putting hot drinks down safely before reading...

I've given people Picolax and I can vouch for its efficacy  :woot: :woot:

Edit...on reflection I may have used it as well in conjunction with an alien abduction style procedure  :ack:
