Almost four in five people around the world believe that access to the internet is a fundamental right, a poll for the BBC World Service suggests.

Though I guess its getting to the point where you could be called a second class citizen given the amount of info the government etc put online.

It is, Sam, plus think of the number of deals that are only available online. My 90 year-old uncle, whom I've never been able to persuade to go online, misses out on countless savings.
