Return match at Boston after last week's home defeat.

Boston United 0 - 0 Chorley

Chorley played with ten men AGAIN, after Harry Winter was sent off for the THIRD time this season!

It's embarrassing - on paper we must be the dirtiest side in English football.  :(

Yep, Sam and because he's been suspended so often it's three sending-offs in just nine appearances!  :o

Leiston 3 - 2 Paulton (Bristol) in the FA Trophy. Now in the hat for the 1st round proper and you never know we could be playing Chorley next  ;D

I've just heard that the regular culprit, Mr Winter, has been suspended for FIVE matches following his latest dismissal.

A rare midweek league match since we stepped up to the Conference North:

Chorley 3 - 0 Stockport County  Att. 1663

An unexpected win, seeing that half the regular starting eleven are either injured or suspended!  Mind you, with all the headcases suspended we did manage to keep eleven players on the field, which always helps!

As far as I can recall, Sam, just the one - Adam Roscoe for a late challenge a couple of minutes after he had scored the opener.

Chorley 3 - 2 Hyde  Att. 1125

Sometimes you wonder if it's written in the stars and after watching Chorley stay in the play-off places after coming back from two goals down after 10 minutes to bottom of the table Hyde (formerly Hyde United until they were all but taken over by Manchester City) I'm now convinced that our name is on a play off place by the season's end!

It took Chorley thirty minutes to wake up, by which time we should have been three and could have been four goals down.  A leveler on the stroke of half time seemed to knock the stuffing out of Hyde and it was then only a matter of waiting for the winner.
